Bondar Insurance Group, an Alera Group Company is seeking a* Customer Service Representative* to join their Property and Casualty team. Our service teams are set up with Account Executive leadership, Account Management servicing and technical assistance. Our approach is to provide our clients with a 365 day stewardship process that begins three months prior to the inception of the program and continues during the course of the partnership. The overall goal is to establish a service delivery plan that is outcome based and meets specific financial and operational goals. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative, clerical and technical support to the Property & Casualty Commercial Lines Account Managers by ensuring effective and timely completion of required tasks, correspondence, record keeping and meeting quality standards of service to new and existing clients. Responsibilities
- Strong Accounting background with knowledge of agency bill.
- Processing monthly reports for Occ Acc, Liability, and Physical Damage.
- Preparing reports for the carrier.
- Maintaining the reports with the client.
- Processing and billing invoices for reports to both the insured and the carrier.
- Ability to bill and process endorsements from carriers, including collecting payments from insureds, as well as financing endorsements with finance companies.
- Responding to client requests on changes in their policies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Accounting experience, preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of office experience required; insurance experience beneficial.
- Applied TAM experience preferred.
- Bulgarian and/or Russian language speaking preferred but not required.
- PNC licenses referred but not required.
