The Position
We are looking for an energized Talent Development Intern, with a lot of passion on the above-mentioned responsibilities. Someone who is eager to try new things, who is on top of ongoing trends in the different domains and who can translate this into meaningful actions towards the Materialise. Organization and coordination are therefore of course key but at the same time we expect you to be able to work in an agile and fast-paced environment. We don’t want to ask much, only that you are an excellent team player with excellent interpersonal and proficient communication skills because that will make you succeed in the role.
Qualifications & Experience
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment process of Materialise C+Academy
- Manage job posting activities (corporate site and external job boards)
- Work with internal DB to track, update vacancies and candidate profiles
- Create internal digests on a monthly basis
- Screening resumes to determine candidate tech skills and domain knowledge fit
- Update recruitment reports
- Manage referral rewarding program
- Working closely with all recruitment team members influencing on the recruitment process together

- You are passionate about IT recruitment
- Attentive to details, communicative, self-organized, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- English skills – pre-intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus:
- understanding of the IT market;
- knowledge of development technologies.
