Job Description:
The Registrar’s Office seeks a highly motivated Registration Coordinator to manage administrative processes for the department. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manages the Excess Hours process including the email account for Excess Hours. Responds to student and staff inquiries regarding the data.
Processes waivers for students with double degrees/double majors/four-year cohort per Florida Statute. Reviews the data for students who appeal to determine if courses can be waived as outlined in the Florida Statute.
Reviews and recommends updates to the web page for Excess Hours.
Assists with approving electronic degree certifications at the end of each semester.
Serves on a team responsible for planning and executing commencement ceremonies and will interact frequently with college administrators, faculty, and students.
Other duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime may be required during peak periods.

$36,841 to Negotiable
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and 2+ years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 0+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
PeopleSoft student records experience.
Experience in working in an advising office, admissions, or registrar’s office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
