| Overview :Dear Bidder, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal for “Development and implementation of the Electronic Document Management System in the TsNAP (administrative services centre) of the village of Bilovodsk, of the village of Stanitsa Luhansk Luhansk oblast, c.
