Job Description

We’re looking for a French-speaking intern to join our OneSource team in Kraków.

Role description:

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for Work Order management, & maintaining data accuracy
• Keep records up to date by making necessary changes, updates, and additions
• Manage repair requests and preventative maintenance scheduling with customers and vendors.
• Work with ServiceMax & SAP
• Collaborate closely with Operations and other PKI teams

Role requirements:

• First experiences with data entry systems
• Fluency in French (at least C1 level)
• Very good command of English
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data is entered correctly and consistently
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Team player mindset
