LiRo is seeking Case Management Representatives to assist with a statewide public assistance program. Work can be performed remotely from your home – training will be provided.
Versed in the following languages is a plus: Arabic, Bengali, Haitian-Creole, Italian, Korean, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Yiddish.
Responsibilities:
Support applicants applying for assistance
Conducting outreach/communicate with applicants using their preferred method of contact
Resolve outstanding issues and assist applicants in submitting all required information
Understand Core Eligibility Criteria of the program
Inform applicants how they can provide necessary information/documentation
Review documentation/determining eligibility
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in Case Management or similar public/customer/client-facing services
Mortgage or housing assistance experience a plus
Experience reviewing financial statements
Experience handling highly confidential client information
Ability to adapt to high customer service standards and present a positive and professional demeanor to the public and colleagues
Must possess excellent communication skills
Skills to quickly review and retain updated program information.
