LiRo is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist with a state-wide public assistance program. Work can be performed remotely from your home and no prior call center experience required – training will be provided. Versed in the following languages is a plus: Arabic, Bengali, Haitian-Creole, Italian, Korean, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Yiddish.
Responsibilities:
Answer hi-volume calls assisting applicants registering for a public assistance program
Brief applicants on application processes and requirements needed
Refer applicants to additional services
Prepare and process various types of correspondence, forms and reports
Compile and maintain records of all calls received
Handle all administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must possess excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced time-sensitive environment and the ability to handle highly confidential client information
Skills to quickly review and retain updated program information.
Computer skills required
Project duration is projected to be 3-6 months
