Job Description:
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Office of the Dean (specifically to the Dean and the Chief of Operations.) Performs duties related to the life cycle of specific projects from initiation through facilitation. Maintain daily schedule while providing administrative support and assistance to one or many departments, administrative areas or executives: Executive Director of Advancement and Outreach, Director of Communication, and Director of The EXCHANGE/Ambassadors for scheduling, correspondence, confidential information, maintenance of financial records, inventory, and travel arrangements. Coordinates events and activities in support of the College of Business Administration’s Office of Outreach & Engagement and Development/Advancement.

Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some evening and weekend work may be required as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Demonstrate significant and successful administrative experience, financial acumen, and proven leadership skills, including experience with the student support functions
Demonstrate administrative leadership skills as well as the ability to develop and implement college academic policy.
Demonstrate knowledge of strategic enrollment management and knowledge of the current undergraduate learning environment.
Demonstrate commitment to the administration, coordination, development, with a vision for the future including a commitment to diversity, equity and community and creating a welcoming and inclusive college.
Administrative experience at an AACSB-accredited School/College of Business; familiarity with faculty collaboration and curriculum development; experience with Assessment, AACSB Assurance of Learning.
